Refund & Return Policy
At Stereo 1 Wherehouse, we are committed to providing quality products and reliable service. Please review the following policy before making any purchase. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Return Eligibility
All returns must meet the following conditions to be accepted:
- Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging.
- Returns must be initiated within 7 calendar days of the delivery date.
- Proof of purchase, such as an original receipt or order confirmation, must be provided.
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Products that have been installed or show signs of wear or use
- Custom or special-order items
- Electrical components
- Items marked as Final Sale
Refund Policy
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all non-defective returns.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Refund processing may take 7 to 10 business days after receipt of returned items.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include your order number, detailed description of the issue, and photos of the product and packaging. We will review your case and provide a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or a full refund.
How to Initiate a Return
To begin the return process, contact us with your order number and reason for the return. If your return is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and instructions.
- Do not return any items without a valid RA#.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
- Unauthorized or late returns will not be accepted and will be returned at your expense.
Unauthorized Returns
Any returned item received without prior authorization or past the allowable return period will be refused. Items returned without an RA# will not be processed or refunded.

Returns for items purchased in-store must be brought back to the original place of purchase:

Manufacturer Warranties
If a product you purchased includes a manufacturer warranty, those terms apply in addition to this policy. For example, DNA Wheels and other branded products may carry specific warranty or return conditions from the manufacturer.
