At Stereo 1 Wherehouse, we take pride in providing high-quality custom and aftermarket parts. Please read the following policies regarding shipping timelines, returns, and warranty coverage.
Shipping Times
Chrome Wheels:
Please allow 7–14 business days for production and shipping.
Powder Coated Wheels:
Please allow 10–15 business days for build and shipment.
Forged Billet Wheels:
These are made to order. Please allow 4–6 weeks for manufacturing and delivery.
Other Items:
For electronics, accessories, or in-stock items, shipping time is typically 1–3 business days unless otherwise specified.
Note: Delays may occur due to supply chain issues or high demand. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
International Shipping & Customs
International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees once the shipment reaches their country. These charges are not included in your order total and must be paid by the recipient.
Stereo 1 Wherehouse cannot predict or control these charges. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
Returns
- Return Requests: Must be made within 30 days of the invoice date.
- Custom Parts: Items such as custom wheels or powder-coated products are final sale and cannot be returned.
- Condition: Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- Restocking Fee: A handling fee may apply.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- International Returns: Return freight and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Important: No returns will be accepted without prior approval. Please contact us to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before returning any product.
Damaged or Missing Items
Any missing, incorrect, or damaged items must be reported within 2 business days of receiving your order.
Warranty Policy – One Year Limited
If your product is defective in material or workmanship, you may return it within 1 year from the date of purchase. A valid invoice or receipt is required.
We may:
- Replace the product (new or refurbished)
- Repair it at no cost using new or reconditioned materials
Chrome Finish Warranty
While our chrome finishes are top quality, they must be maintained properly to ensure durability. Exposure to salt, sand, and humidity can damage chrome over time if not cleaned and dried regularly.
- Avoid abrasive cleaners or waxes.
- Warranty claims are subject to inspection.
- We reserve the right to deny claims for improper care or abuse.
Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage from accidents, misuse, or neglect
- Alterations, modifications, or improper care
- Unauthorized repair attempts
Limitations of Warranty
Repair or replacement under this policy is your exclusive remedy. All implied warranties, including those of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to one (1) year from the purchase date.
Stereo 1 Wherehouse is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages. No additional warranties apply beyond what is stated here.
